Impact SimSport is a competitive Esports team that participates in various sim racing events year-round. From open-wheelers to GT and Prototype, oval racing, and even off-road, Impact SimSport is home to dozens of drivers who compete across all disciplines of sim racing. Founded on a shared passion for motorsports, the team aims to enhance their racecraft, team strategy, and precision driving as a cohesive unit.

At Impact SimSport, our love for racing extends beyond the track. The team is always looking for new opportunities to help the sim racing community grow—sharing our passion for racing with the next generation of drivers and introducing newcomers to the community. While we compete in numerous sim-racing events every year, we aim to make an impact both on and off the track.

The Evolution from WORX Sim Racing

Impact SimSport's journey began under a different name. Originally known as WORX Sim Racing, the team was formed in early 2024 by a group of passionate drivers who shared a love for motorsports and sim racing. After its formation, the team quickly made a name for itself, climbing the podium in two of their first three iRacing special events. The team claimed its first special event victory at the Sebring 12, finishing P1 in the LMP2 class. Since then, the team has only grown, attracting more skilled drivers and expanding its presence in sim-racing events and championship series.

As the team progressed, it developed a strong foundation for future success. For the drivers, competing in a WORX Sim Racing car meant committing to being the most competitive driver possible. Tedious preparation and practice laps became part of the routine before every race. While every team strives for victory, the drivers at WORX Sim Racing always arrived prepared and ready to fight for the win, and despite the highs and lows of racing, each driver could walk away knowing they had given their all on the track.

As the sim-racing landscape evolved, so did the vision behind the organization. The decision to rebrand from Worx Sim Racing to Impact Simsport marked a new horizon for the team’s journey, and while we write the final pages of Worx Sim Racing’s chapter, its story will continue on as we turn the page to our next journey.  The new name reflects our ambition to make a lasting impact in the world of sim racing—not just through competition, but by helping our sim-racing community expand and grow. We take pride in our relationships within the industry and look forward to assisting our fellow motorsports enthusiasts in making their own impact.

Today, Impact SimSport honors the legacy of its roots while embracing its next chapter. The rebrand signifies our growth, both on and off the track. As we focus on cultivating top-tier talent, we are also dedicated to expanding our global reach and shaping the future of sim racing.
